Earth Equity is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3. Our organization is registered with the state of California as a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. We are dedicated to reducing recidivism; eliminating unjust food practices in prisons, jails, and fence-line communities; and nurturing system-impacted people. We do this by creating programs which educate incarcerated people, support people in reentry, and strengthen the communities and ecosystems to which they return.
