Our People

Earth Equity is composed of two groups including our Incarcerated Advisory Board inside San Quentin Prison and our programmatic team on the outside. These groups collaborate on Education Programs, Cooperative Development, and Ecological Restoration Initiatives to empower incarcerated and reentering Environmental Justice practitioners.
